I had some trouble installing the rails. A quick phone call to you solved that. With the help of a neighbor the rails went on , but it did take two people. Had trouble with the safety latch of the cover at the tailgate. A call to your parts man solved that. So far I like the cover. The last cover I had was a fold up, Problem was the hinges broke, that is why I went with the roll up. I like the product, but I reserve the 5 stars so I can how it holds up.

I purchased your tonneau cover to replace a GMC cover. The GMC cover was unsatisfactory because I could not keep the velcro sealed, and as a result in high wind conditions the cover would come loose and flap around in the wind. I purchased your cover on the recommendation of my son-in-law who used his first cover for ten years on two different trucks. After I installed your cover, I noticed how easy it is to roll up for storage. It rolls straight and one person can eaily manage it. Also the straps to secure it are much easier to use. When putting it back into use, your cover practically seals itself, requiring very little effort compared to the GMC cover. After one month of use, I couldn't be happier.

I purchased your product when I bought my truck new. It has performed very well through the seasons. I keep it rolled up during the summer and my hooks had become brittle from the sun. I thought I had a major job to replace them with scrapping and setting down a new Velcro strip. You customer service associate (Curt Rostenbach) took his time to go through the replacement process and picked the part number for me. He completed the order for me and sent out same day. This is my third ACCESS Original Roll-Up Cover. For me these covers are the best combination of good looks, easy access, cargo protection and cargo security. They make the truck look sharp. They don't fad or stretch out. They roll up out of the way in a matter of seconds. The roll does take up a few inches at the front rail but never got in the way of any cargo I carried. They fit so tightly that contents in the bed are secure if the tail gate is locked. Although the material is tough it probably could be cut with a sharp knife, but you can't get into the bed through the hook and loop sides.

As you can see even after 8 or 9 years the Access cover on the blue pickup is still providing the service for which it was intended, protecting the survey equipment which I use everyday, the pickup has 250,000 miles and I couldn't guess how many times the bed cover has been rolled up. The one on the white pickup is 4 years old and as you can see, they also do a great job of protecting other valuable items whether for work or for play. I also like the fact that there is not a significant difference in the shape of the two tonneau covers even with the difference in age. The dirt and dust on the covers (which have just come in from a construction project) show what they have kept off of the equipment. I am very satisfied with the years of service both of these Access covers have provided and would recommend them to anyone who wants the full use of their pickup box, and still wants to protect their luggage or equipment.

Just wanted to write a review about the quality and how well suited your tonneau cover it is for people needing quick access to the box. I have just ordered my third cover as I lease my trucks for 3 years. One Long box Ford, one short box Chevy and now a tiny box Toyota. At first I was skeptical that a Roll-up cover would stand up to our harsh Northern BC winter climate but I wanted something that I could easily get out of the way when throwing the sled or garbage cans in the back. I purchased my Access Cover from you in November 1995 for my new 1996 Chevrolet pickup. I wanted to tell you how well your product has held up to the harsh environment here in Minnesota. I was a pilot for Northwest Airlines and my truck sat in the employee parking lot for at least half of every month. It was out in the elements, no covered parking. Also my truck has 160,000 miles on it so your cover took a lot of wind buffeting. After all this time your cover is completely serviceable and still looks good. I replaced the Velcro once. I purchased my Access cover about 2 years ago, it is by far the best cover I have seen. During the winter here in Michigan it holds the weight of the snow without giving way at all. The best part that I have found is that during the middle of winter when it is only 5 or 10 degrees, I can still roll up the cover to get access to the bed, then roll it back down and it seals flawlessly. If you are thinking about getting a tonneau cover, their warranty should be enough to convince you to go with the Access cover. It is absolutely the best I have seen. Thanks for a great product!

After getting over 7 feet of snow in 2 days back in November 2014 i thought my cover for sure would be shot and i would have to buy a new one. Snow drifts on my truck bed cover were as high as the snow in my yard. The cross bar tubes that support the cover flexed and deflected to the max under the heavy load. to my surprise when i finally got all the snow off the cover the bars flexd back into shape the the cover had not ripped or torn at all! This is my 2nd Access roll up cover. The 1st was on a 2002 GMC and held up well for years. The new one appears to be just as good except I miss the turn handle in the center to release the cover. Pulling on the rope is not getting it for me. I will have to come up with something. Other than that, these are by far the best covers.

The Access cover is great and easy to install. The instructions could use some slight improvement but it's all doable for the person with average know-how. The instructions have a note regarding bed liners; either minimal trim cutting or considerable trim cutting is required depending on the type of bed liner. But that's all it says. My truck has a liner and I wasn't sure where/how to trim the bed liner if necessary. In the end I didn't find it necessary to trim anything. Had trimming been necessary some additional instructions would have proved helpful.

I originally bought this cover to increase the fuel economy of my 01 Ram 1500. It is now installed on my 02 2500 Ram Diesel. The advertisement at the dealer showed a 4 wheeler sitting on the cover. What an understatement !!!! In October of 06, we had a freak snow storm in this area. There was about 6 feet of heavy wet snow (not exaggerating). My truck looked like it had a bed mount camper on it. I'm guessing that there must of been 4 tons of wet snow on the cover, my back springs were bottomed out!!!! I was expecting the cover to be torn to shreds and sitting in the truck bed. The cover stood tough and is still going strong 7 years later. I'm giving Access a 5 star rating but would easily give it a 10 rating. You will not be disapointed if you purchase this companys covers. I am in the process of buying a new truck and unfortunately my existing cover wont fit the new vehicle, so I will be ordering a new cover. Thanks for an amazing product!!!

I had this cover on my previous truck (2004 Ford F150 FX4) since I bought it - 15 years - and never had a problem. I like the way it rolls up giving full access to the bed when needed. This is proof that the original access cover is absolutely the best that money can buy. I purchased my Dodge Ram 2500 diesel in March of 2003. Within a week I had the bed sprayed and the Access cover on. I rehabbed houses at that time and needless to say that cover was used and abused. For the first 7 years that truck and cover was outside in the elements. I just traded that truck in for a new Ram, and after 14 years that Access tarp cover is still on the truck and it still looks great when clean and has tire shine applied to it.

So far I like the cover. Materials are high quality and install was easy. My only issue is that the brackets take up some of the bed space. Usually its not an issue, but I noticed it when I put my ATV in the back of the truck. The 3 plus inches on each side made it tight to put cargo into the sides of the bed. If the brackets were flush to the sides it would be a perfect cover.

Just a quick observation: Doing 80 mph down the freeway, the deck flutters a bit as the wind must slip in and causes it to flutter. Not a problem, just an observation. I then took it to a Full Service Car Wash and it performed well under the high speed dryers and only a few drops of water made it into the Truck Bed. I have a 2018 Dodge Ram 4x4 2500.

Good quality - I like the locking mechanism at the tailgate, which makes the cover nice and taut - Looks nice on my 2019 Honda Ridgeline. Installation is pretty easy, or would be, your second time through. The first time through, the given printed instructions are pretty bad. Took me around 2 to 2.5 hours - if I had to do it again, I bet it would be 45 minutes - the extra time is spent deciphering. A link to a video would probably be appreciated. Haven't tested waterproof-ness yet since it's winter, but I had to seal up the corners near the truck cab with caulk where there was light coming through. The deluxe tailgate gasket that I sprung for is for the bottom of the tailgate, near the hinge, which is of limited utility.

Installation of the Access cover was simple and did not take very much time at all. The fit was almost spot on with only a couple bolt holes requiring minor adjustment for true alignment. Operation is easy, and the bed is watertight except where it meets the tailgate where there is a small gap. It seems to handle temperatures above 100 to below 0 well with no signs of damage. The velcro has held up much better than excepted, too. All in all I love this product because of the versatility and value.

Recent order was for a replacement cover only for a 2003 F-150. Original cover and hardware was purchased and installed in 2004. Great service from the original cover. After 16 years the cover was still in serviceable condition (that includes 16 years of winter and sometimes covered with 5-6 inches fo wet snow) but the cover was just not looking the way it should. Your installation improvement for the Honda Ridgeline is spot-on. I had a 2006 Ridgeline and never bought a tonneau because I would have had to take the box apart and drill the sides for installation. My Access cover has been in use since my 1998 Dodge Ram was new and the cover is still working as it should. In all those years I only had to adjust the tension twice while my dad who purchased a different brand is always having to tighten his. The truck is NEVER garaged, it is in the shade a lot, with the cover in use 99.9% of the time and even the Velcro is still functioning. Love this one as much as my Larado I purchased 14yrs before. After 14yrs, and some lack of maintenance on my part, it was showing it's age. I decided to replace with the Original to see about getting some more room on my 06 Tundra. Same great quality only now there is a center pull release to unhook both sides, and mounting brackets are smaller and only require one tool. Will get another one if I get a new truck and decide I need a cover. This is the third cover for me. 2005 Frontier, 2015 F-150, and 2019 F-150. I like the quality of materials, and thank God the rail clamps were redesigned, and now are much easier to install. Note however for the F-150, if you follow the instructions exactly, the tail gate will not open/close properly. It is necessary to slightly skew (or angle) the rails up at the tailgate. On my 2015 F-150, this skewed setup allowed some rain to get in (very minor) at the tail gate. Haven't seen rain results on the 2019 but I expect it to be the similar.

I have had Access covers on 11 of my pickups. They get used extensively and used hard. They stand up in winter and summer and you can take them off and put them on in less than 1/2 hour if you know what you are doing. Easily unroll in the winter and takes a high snow load. Only once did i have a warranty claim and it was on one of the tarps the velcro was coming loose and they fixed it and no questions asked! You can't beat that with a stick! You might find other brands cheaper but they don't last and have their faults. These pay for themselves fast and no one can see in your box. All of my friends and relatives bought them after i had my first one and they saw how good they were. Very easy to roll and unroll. Best there is and customer service is second to none. I have had some of their tarps on my pickups for over 20 years and they still work and look good!

My original Access Roll-Up Cover was 17 years old and still did the job. However, after all that time it got kinda brittle and didn't like to roll up. I ordered a new one as well as the side rail hook and loop. The folks at Agri-Cover were very helpful and knowledgeable. Matching the new cover to my old one was as simple as giving them the serial # of the old one. Replacement was quick and easy and required minimal tools. The new tonneau cover looks and works great. This is my second ACCESS cover. I bought the first one, used, for a 2004 F150. It lasted forever. Too bad the truck didn't last forever. I bought the second ACCESS cover for a 2019 F150 that I bought new. Like the first one, I installed it myself. It was nice to have good instructions and all of the parts. You also have great video. These covers work just great for me, and I will buy another one if I ever buy another truck.

I bought a used 2013 F150 that had an Original Access Tonneau Cover on it and when I purchased a 2016 F150 I let the Ford dealership install a Ford one. It flapped in the wind no matter ho tight I made it. Needless to say that when I purchased my 2019 F150 I didn't mess around. I ordered another Original Access Tonneau and installed it myself. I love it as much as the first. Kudos on a quality product!

Heavy duty cover that lasts many years. Last cover way 17 years old. The leather was in pretty decent shape besides a few cracks along the edges. The reason I bought a new one is because the Velcro on the cover side had gotten so sun faded that it no longer stuck. Very happen with my replacement purchase. I've seen competitor covers have to be replaced after 5 years...

Installed on a 95 F350 CCLB. The installation was quick and easy and instructions were clear. I got the cover to keep cargo dry and it's done well so far with WA rain. The only issue I had was with the clamps that hold the rails to the bed. Using the torque spec from the instructions, several of the clamps distorted. I'm not sure if this was due to bolt placement on the clamps but it happened so you should be aware. The cover is still rock solid but I will eventually be replacing the clamps. Overall I am happy with my first roll-up cover and would recommend it.

My original cover lasted 10 years in the harsh CO sun. Never garaged so it was always in the sun. It was still in decent shape but started to wear at the support bars and thus leak into the bed. I ordered just the replacement cover and it fits like a glove. Simple install and weather tight again. I look forward to another 10+ years of life. This cover stops 90% of the dirt getting on my stuff in the truck bed. I don't like camper shells or hard covers. This is perfect!

This is a my second Access Roll-up Cover. The first was on a 2011 Sierra and the current cover is on a 2021 F 150. These covers are amazing tough. 1st 1 wore out after about 12 years. I even carry lumber on top of it. Most was 20 2x4's and 3 sheets of plywood, I don't advise this, but it held up no problem. My 2nd one lasted about 3 months. It will not hold up to a bear attack. LOL. 3 claw holes and it ripped it right off, man that's power. It was straight rip, all the way across, about 1/2 off the rear clamp. seemed od it would rip that cleanly there??? So, I'm on my 3rd one. Also, install the tailgate seal, really cuts the dust done to almost none.

Only issue I have with it is it doesn't fit tightly from side to side; need to figure a way to adjust it better, otherwise when it rains when sitting, it builds up a puddle in the middle. I also ordered a set of mudflaps which we were satisfied with. I just ordered another set earlier this week for the front, the 10% off would have been nice to receive sooner.
