SHIPPING POLICY

James Kota, Inc. offers free ground shipping on automotive products anywhere within the 48 contiguous states and Washington DC on orders of $100.00 or more, not including taxes. Canadian customers are responsible for all shipping fees, brokerage fees and applicable taxes. Items purchased during inclement weather or holiday seasons may take longer than usual.

All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Examine all shipments carefully. Claims for damages or shortage: Parcel must be reported to us immediately (photo may be required) and freight must be noted on bill of lading and claims made immediately with the carrier. Concealed shortage claims must be made within 10 days.

RETURN POLICY

Products returned or exchanged to James Kota, Inc. require a valid Return Authorization number (RA) clearly posted on the outside of the box. Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase. No returns or exchanges on used products, blinds, ice houses or trailers. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. For exchanges, we credit for the initial order (returned product less any applicable fees, including restock and freight) and charge for a new order (replacement product). Cash on delivery returns or exchanges will not be accepted.

Obtain a Return Authorization number (RA) by calling our Customer Service Department at 844-556-8263. If leaving a message, include order number and phone number or email address and we will contact you within 1-2 business days. James Kota, Inc. does not automatically generate RA's online.
