ROCKSTAR™ 2XL Hitch Mounted Mud Flaps take trailer protection to an even stronger level. The 2XL mud flaps reach 4” past the frame as well as extended central protection.
The 2XL model has the same solid half-inch thick rubber mud flaps used for all ROCKSTAR™ Hitch Mounted Mud Flaps — only bigger. Truck owners who want better protection, especially heavy duty pickups and trucks with offset tires, will get that protection with these mud flaps.
The frames on ROCKSTAR™ 2XL Hitch Mounted Mud Flaps are laser cut according to careful designs that match OEM pickup bumpers. This gives a custom fit with a professional look.
The aluminum frames and stainless steel hardware provide strength and rust resistance. The frame clamps to a vehicle's hitch with no drilling required. Safety chains, pin and wiring all have direct access through convenient frame openings. Just yank the hitch pin to easily remove the mud flaps. When the mud flaps are needed again, vinyl-capped stops take the guesswork out of aligning the ball mount and pin.

Excellent product my roll up box cover. My first one lasted 15 years. Between the 2 feet of snow and ice in my cover it's never torn or been damaged. This is second set the first I got was for a Ram 1500 front and back. The second set was for a Ram 2500 that was for a 2500. The only difference was the installation for the 2500 was easy with holes cut already. Great product.

I got these mud flaps for my 2012 Duramax. They were easy to put on and take off. Just slide them on till they stop and the pin lines up. The mud flaps look great, seem very durable and protected my boat. I didn't have to alter my exhaust system because these mud flaps have a heat shield that deflects heat from the exhaust system even when towing large loads. The diamond plate looks good on my truck.

On the positive side, they are awesome! Did a great job protecting the front of my 5th wheel trailer on our 1300 mile journey. Rubber is very thick and should last for quite a while. Being thick rubber, they are a bit heavy. One person can do the installation with slight difficulty, two would be able to do it easily. Glad that I got these!

Simple to install, if you don't mind drilling. A right-angle adapter for your cordless drill is quite useful for the install. The only issue I have with them is they are a little more difficult to get clean. My pressure washer does the trick, but it takes a few moments to get them clean, due to the texture of the material. They're tougher than the molded plastic stuff sold online, and designed for brutal winters. They do what they are supposed to do, and support North Dakota jobs.

I absolutely love my ROCKSTAR hitch mounted mudflaps. They not only protect what I am pulling, they are an eye catching accessory that has gotten many nice comments. They are built to last! Nothing chincey about these at all. Well worth the $$$$$ spent!I was able to transfer from my 2013 1500 Laramie to my newer 2500 Laramie. However I did need to order the replacement rubber flaps due to the 2500 does not have dual exhaust out the rear like the 1500 did. I called in to ask if it was possible, it was, I ordered them and all is well. Thank you for the great customer service as well.

These are effective and attractive rocktamers (flaps). They are somewhat heavy, but easily removed and put back on. Don't go through a car wash with them, they will not hold up. If your looking for good mudflaps get these. Also the support staff is top dollar.

I was excited to put the Rockstar on my truck so I wouldn't have to worry about rocks damaging the boats I deliver. I had one of those broom style protectors in the past. It didn't really do anything. I still had to worry what I would find when I got out of the truck. Now I know I won't find any damage and to my surprise it only takes me a few minutes to clean the boat for delivery instead of over an hour to get the road grim off. Thanks Rockstar!

I tow my boat down a gravel road to get to where I need to launch. For years, I have been trying to find a solution, to keep it from being damaged, that wasn't a permanent mounted mudflap. These ROCKSTAR mud flaps appear to be the answer to my quest. Honestly, wish I had found them 15 years ago -- would have saved a lot of damage to my trailers. My initial impression upon opening the box was WOW. The quality of materials truly impressed me before I even started. Living in the Midwest rust belt, I really appreciate the use of heavy aluminum for the frame, and how many companies go to the expense of using actual stainless steel hardware anymore? The instructions are easy to read and follow and actual assembly is simple and straightforward. The actual mudflaps are thicker than the ones on my semi. Everything about these says quality. The savings in reduced damage to trailers and boats makes them worth every cent.

Very easy to install and works perfect! It also looks really nice as well! I have a B&W Tow and Stow hitch and it is a very tight fit to get the hitch pin in the receiver but I was able to make it work. Shorter outside tabs would have made it easier.

When we ordered the Rockstar mud flaps we requested the package for the 2021 Ford F-350. The new Super Duty Ford comes with a 2.5 - 3.0 inch shank. Our kit came with. 2.0 in shank. I called and they sent me out the right size and I had it in two days. I love these they look good on the truck and do a great job with keeping the rocks away from our trailer.

Fit and finish are great. Mounting system is great. The assembly instructions do not mention the exhaust shields that come with the GMC dual exhaust version. Some trial and error was required to get them and the mud flap braces in the right place. The braces also partially cover the exhaust outlets when installed.

I like the flaps so far. You Really need to change the installation instructions. I cant remember now but it was something that said to do this and then further down in the instruction it said if you have this flap do this, so I had to take it apart and start over.

Very nice product. Assembly was easy. American bolts, no metric!Looks great on our truck. So far it has cut down the rock damage on our trailer. The flaps are nice and thick.Ours has one curl in slightly and the other curl out. Hopefully with more use they will straighten out. I would be nice if you placed an FYI that you might need an extended length drawbar with these. These will not work if you an Weightsafe adjustable draw bar. It states that in the instructions but would be if it was in the web description. I had to order one before I was able to install ours. Great product, definitely would buy again. Customer service was great!

Bought the XL hitch mount flaps almost a year ago. I'm happy to report that they look good on my HD GMC. I can take them off when not needed, saving a little fuel, and not look like a redneck 24/7. :-) I installed myself, but needed some assistance from customer service. They were great! This bracket is very strong, but aluminum helps with weight. Definitely built to last! Just be careful to buy hitch with a long shank, so the bracket will fit between the ball and the bumper. I give them my highest recommendation. I'm very pleased.
