Purchased a used truck that had the Loredop Roll-Up tonneau cover. It was in excellent condition and operated perfectly. Had the truck bed sprayed and the spray company had to remove and re-install the cover. When this was done, the rubber seal on the bed front was not replaced. I called and spoke to customer service at Agri-Cover and received excellent help. They explained what parts I needed and how to do the install myself. I ordered the parts and they were delivered quickly with very detailed instructions. When I had some additional questions, I received quick, friendly and patient help. The installation went flawlessly and it is now perfect. I love the product and couldn't be happier with Agri_Cover, Inc.

Lorado Roll-up cover was perfect for what I was looking for and expecting. Terrific turn around on order, no issues with shipment, and cover arrived with all parts and intact. Installed the cover myself and fit perfectly. However, one recommendation I would make - in your demo video's for installation, could you address the issue when a truck has an over-the-rail drop-in bed liner. Your site and instructions just says that some modifications need to me made. The bed liner needs to be trimmed for the side rails to fit properly. I actually went to a competitors site to see how/where to trim the liner with a utility knife. Absolutely love the look and fit and would recommend Agri-Cover to anyone. Thank you.

I had an Access roll-up cover for 8 years on my previous Superduty. It was a solid product with a great cover that withstood everything I threw at it. After 4 years the Velcro pulled out of the rail and dry rotted. ACI replaced the Velcro strips at no cost. The new cover is the same great product with a few added features.

We purchased our Lorado cover 10 months ago. I did a LOT of research on which cover to buy as there are so many of them out there, and Agricover's product line kept coming up in references to quality covers. I finally settled on the Lorado for our '08 Dodge Ram 1500 (short bed) and ordered it online. I installed it without any problems, and it fit perfectly without even having to adjust the tension. The installation video was very helpful and took a lot of apprehension out of the install. The result is an excellent truck bed cover that, to date, hasn't had any leakage in heavy downpours of rain and has proven to be flawless in heavy snow. Our truck has a spray-in bedliner (under the rails), and the seals inherent to the cover keep the water out. Operating the cover during the cold winter wasn't a problem with the side rail hook-and-loop closure system along with the solid bar across the back. I was next to another truck during mid-winter while its owner was fighting the frozen snaps of his cover, and I was glad to have had the Lorado. Altogether, I am very pleased with the appearance and functioning of our Lorado truck bed cover and would recommend it to anyone.

I purchased the Lorado cover for my 1999 F250 hoping to add some style to the truck while keeping the bed clean and dry. I absolutely love the fit and finish of the Agricover product, so much I've since purchased a second Lorado cover for our 2002 Chevrolet Silverado. It's nice being able to keep the elements out of the bed, but just be seconds away from rolling it up to haul larger things or even hook-up to our fifth wheel trailer.

I purchased my cover in the spring of 2007. The hook and loop on the rails has become brittle and won't seal to the cover anymore because I left the cover rolled up this past summer causing sun damage. I called customer service and, even thought it was my fault, they promptly sent me replacement fastener for the rails at no cost to me! Easy fix and now my cover looks as good as new. I strongly recommend this product if you are looking for a top quality roll-up cover for your pickup bed.

Just purchased my 2nd Lorado bed cover. 1st one was excellent and water tight. This one on the Canyon, I am not so sure that this is a water tight. On the back end, I had to cut a seal for the corners. Seems to let a little water into the box area. Still a great cover, just not sure if it is as water tight as the one on my F-150, due to the stick on piece that is supposed to make it water tight.

I am happy with it. It survived its first Wisconsin winter very well also some heavy spring rains. A slight adjustment to tighten it up worked great. I am using the ACI cleaner on it and that seems to do a good job. The top seals well, I haul a lot of lumber and product I don't want getting wet and it does the job keeping things dry.

Directions for the installation of the Access Lorado are pretty straight forward. You will need 2 sets of hands (or at least I did)installing the rails and getting them correctly set as well as getting the cover set up correctly and evenly on both sides. Only direction for me that was vague, was the instructions in getting the correct tension set and it not being too tight, which I am still not sure I have correctly or not? The cover fits well and looks good on the truck as well as keeping the bed pretty much water free.

Only reason I did not give it 5 stars is the brackets and hardware are stainless/aluminum and it stands out and clashes with the bed. I used plastidip to cover brackets to make them blend in. I just had a Lorado truck cover installed on my new 09 Dodge Ram pickup with the Rambox bed. It looks great and is so easy to use, with total access and utility to use the bed of my truck. I've had it on my 2018 Ram 2500 for a couple of months and it has worked great. The installation was very straightforward. I was able to install it by myself in about 30 minutes with just a couple of tools. This is the 3rd Roll-Up Cover I have purchased. They have always worked exceptionally well and I have never had a problem with any of them. I tend to get a new F150 about every 3 years, but the cover is always still as good as new so as long as it will fit on the new truck I transfer it over. In fact I did this twice. One cover was used on a 2001 and 2003 SuperCrew and another cover was used on a 2005 and 2008. I actually was planning on transferring the cover again from my 2008 to my 2011, but the dealer said it added value to my trade so I left it on and purchased a new one.These covers are extremely durable and very convenient. Works in winter or summer. Zero maintenance. Put it on and forget about it.

I have an original Access cover prior to needing to get the top of the like to get two fastex buckles to hold the rolled up tarp. And the tarp felt better and more substantial on my older original Access, but the biggest let down was the clamps. I have had to adjust my clamps three times since install and I am still not happy with them. They don't bike the bed rail as well and they spin when you reef on them, which you must do otherwise they vibrate loose and the tailgate can't be closed until it gets adjusted. I understand improving product cost over the life cycle and updates but the new clamps are a serious step back on an otherwise outstanding product.

This is my 3rd Lorado cover. I was happy with the first two. As long as the quality continues to be the same, I will continue to purchase this product when I buy a new truck about every three years. My only issue are the clamps, sometimes they can be a little difficult to install and one of them never stayed in place and would fall off. I eventually ended up installing a self tapping metal screw to hold the rail in place. Not a big deal.

For TITAN with Utilitrak system:The installation was easy and it looks great. My only concern is that the utilitrak system only allows for clamps at the ends, the center clamp cannot be used due to the track rail. It is compatible according to Agri-Cover--even with the utilitrak system--but only time will tell if it the 2-clamp support is stable enough to withstand normal use.

I purchased parts for Loredo cover. I purchased a Laredo several years ago because of the lifetime Warranty. I am very happy with the cover and have recommended ACI to everyone in the market to purchase a cover. When I called to get replacement Velcro strips customer service said you don't do lifetime warranty anymore. I guess my warranty was taken from me. The Velcro was given at no cost but here I am purchasing parts that should be under warranty. I am going to need a new cover soon because mine is finally showing some wear and the Velcro doesn't hold very good anymore. I love your cover but will probably purchase A different brand because you didn't stand behind your warranty.

All of the parts weren't in the package upon receipt (missing 4 nuts and 4 washers). Customer service helped me figure out what was missing and sent replacements quickly. The cover wasn't that hard to install but would have been a lot easier if the instructions were more clear. It's only been installed a couple of weeks but it looks really good and is easy to operate. We haven't had the chance to test it yet in the rain with cargo in the bed.

The Lorado is the perfect match for my new truck. I have owned multiple ( due to truck trades) Access covers through the years and the durability and quality of the cover has always been spectacular. The cover and tailgate seal keep the inside of my truck box clean and dry. Purchased for my '22 Honda Ridgeline black edition. Installation was easy with a few hiccups on my part since it was the first time I ever installed a tonneau. Instructions were a little tricky at first since the Ridgeline had it own separate set of instructions on top of the normal ones. If you're a Ridgeline (2017 & up, maybe earlier years as well) owner, make sure you have a Torx 30 screwdriver/wrench before you plan to install this tonneau cover, you need to take out six factory bolts in the bed in order to install this or probably any tonneau cover. Seems like a very quality product so far, I've had minimal rain seep in, mainly toward the tailgate end. We just received our first snow of the year the past few days and the bed has remained bone dry.

I purchased an older Ford F150 that had an existing tonneau cover that I liked a lot. I ordered a 2022 RAM 1500 and while waiting for it to come in, I'm searching for a cover for it. I liked everything about my Loredo Access cover so I plan to purchase the exact same cover for my new truck. The two things I like best are the dual-latch locking system and the tension on the cover it achieves when in the closed position. This cover is more expensive than a lot of roll-up covers but the quality is well worth it.

I liked the first cover that I purchased for my 2012 Nissan Frontier and the next vehicle a 2018 Honda Ridgeline used your cover as well. This cover came with a small flaw. The right side keeper strap was not fused to the strap. I had to fix it with a screw.

First, I am happy with my new Lorado cover as well as the 19 year old cover on my older truck. I am disappointed in the differences between them though. The bed top rails did not align very well and took a lot of effort to get them in place. The connecting piece for each top rail also took some work to get in place, the holes were off a little. The clamps that came with it were also hard to install and I did not like their hold. I found other clamps that were easier to get a secure bite with. My biggest issue is the velcro loops holding the support tubes under the cover, they don't go around the tube anymore, just cover the top of it, which makes it very easy to knock them off, which is a pain to crawl in the bed and put them back. I love the double locking system that can open from anywhere along the back edge, great feature. It's also very easy to tension the cover with a thumb wheel on each side. Overall, I like my cover. I don't think many products will stand up to themselves from 20 years ago, everything is cheaper today. That being said, I'm still an Access customer.

Best roll up cover I've had yet. With the lower profile side hook and loop compared to the original version that still has an edge, water doesn't enter the truck bed like other covers that are flat or recessed. Manual tensioning works great as the seasons change! Easy install. Looks sharp on my new 3500 long box. Plus it doesn't cover the post holes on the railing which is a huge deal for tie down and other accessories that utilize the pockets. I would definitely buy again.
